Lunch Discussion

I had lunch ith my fellow Prickly Stitcher (she has an Acre, too) today, and had a great time! I got to see her latest finishes and shared the progress on Because Nice Matters with her! In the course of our discussion, we talked about the A List and the fact that this was the first meme, I had ever answered, and intended to attempt to answer on a weekly basis. One of the interesting parts of our discussion was the pronunciation of the word "meme". She pronounces it like 'meem', whereas I call them me-me's. My reasoning behind my pronunciation, is that the question answers are all about me, and therefore its a me-me! Afterall, isn't this blog and life all about me?

The A List and Other News

Why do you answer memes? I normally don't answer memes, and this is the first one I'm really considering attempting to answer on a regular basis! I'm hoping this at least gets me blogging on a semi-regular basis!

Or read other people's answers? When other people answer memes I tend to skim them at best. Some I will actually read, but they are few and far between! Sorry folks, I'm really not a big meme person, I more read blogs to keep up on your life and such!

What memes do *you* read? This is the first meme, I've ever found the website for, so this is the first one I've ever read! I guess you could call me a meme virgin!

Other news: We bought a house in Florida over the weekend, so we're moving probably around the end of next month! I'm scared, I'm excited and all other emotions in-between, including sad for leaving my friends here. As soon as I have some of the better pics uploaded, I will post a link here, so that you all can see them!

No other real news, school with both kids is going better this year than it did last, and I'm staying way busy at this point. So until next time, have a great whatever!
